Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Business Development**:
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits, communication, and exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.
- **Market Analysis & Planning**:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve business objectives.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within customer organizations.
- Manage customer accounts effectively, including order processing, invoicing, and collections.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Stay informed about industry developments and product knowledge.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in chemical sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
**Desired Skills**:
- Knowledge of relevant PU foam chemical products or industries.
- Experience in international sales & purchase.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
