**Key Responsibilities**

Competitor & Market Analysis
- Research competitors’ strategies, ad placements, and keyword performance.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation.

**Keyword & Campaign Strategy**
- Conduct in-depth keyword research aligned with business goals.
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage bids, budgets, and campaign performance to maximize ROI.

**Data-Driven Optimization**
- Monitor, analyze, and adjust campaigns for better results.
- Implement A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and targeting.

**Budget & Audience Management**
- Allocate budgets effectively across channels.
- Deploy audience segmentation and retargeting strategies.

**Creative & Collaboration**
- Work with designers and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.

**Performance Reporting**
- Track and report KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates) with insights.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics
- Strong SEO & SEM knowledge
- CRO expertise & audience targeting skills
- Analytical mindset & problem-solving skills
- Certifications in Google Ads/Facebook Blueprint (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,310.41 - ₹15,000.00 per month
