**Position Title**: Site Engineer(civil)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Site Management:

- Oversee day-to-day operations at the construction site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.

2. Project Execution:

- Interpret architectural and engineering plans and specifications.
- Supervise and manage all construction activities.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Ensure work is completed according to design, schedule, and budget.

3. Quality Control:

- Implement and enforce quality control procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
- Identify and rectify any deviations from project plans.

4. Resource Management:

- Manage labor, materials, and equipment effectively.
- Ensure optimal use of resources to avoid wastage and cost overruns.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely procurement of materials.

5. Technical Guidance:

- Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team.
- Solve technical issues that arise during the construction process.
- Stay updated with the latest construction techniques and industry trends.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management.
- Ensure all project-related documents are complete and up to date.

7. Client Interaction:

- Maintain effective communication with clients.
- Address client concerns and provide updates on project status.
- Ensure client satisfaction with the progress and quality of work.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 7-10 years of experience in managing residential construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Available to join within 15 days.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with high-rise residential projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:
