Student Counsellor

**Description**

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Student Counsellor. As a student counsellor, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance and support to students in their educational journey. This position is within the Education Management industry, where teamwork and collaboration are highly valued.

In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of student counselling, which includes offering academic and personal guidance to students, assisting with course selection, and helping them develop strategies to overcome challenges. You will work closely with students to identify their strengths, interests, and career goals, and provide resources and advice to help them make informed decisions. Additionally, you will collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Offer academic and personal counseling to students
- Assist students with course selection and scheduling
- Facilitate workshops and seminars on study skills and time management
- Guide career exploration and planning
- Help students develop effective study habits and positive learning attitudes
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to identify and address academic or behavioral issues
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and counseling sessions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or related field
- Proven experience in student counseling or relevant field
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and staff
- Familiarity with career assessment tools and resources
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational and time management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,665.67 - ₹25,489.58 per month
