Field Production Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute day-to-day crop cultivation plans (sowing, irrigation, pest control, harvesting).
- Supervise field labor and maintain farm activity logs.
- Ensure adherence to organic farming protocols and sustainability standards.
- Support production planning and coordinate between farm units and logistics.
- Monitor product quality, compliance, and traceability documentation.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of farm machinery and irrigation systems.
- Prepare daily/weekly production and yield reports.
- Promote safe work practices and eco-friendly waste management.
- Our Farm is located in Nanjangud, Mysore.

**Essential Skills**:

- B.Sc. in Agriculture, Horticulture, or Agri-Engineering
- Knowledge of organic and sustainable farming practices
- Ability to manage farm data and motivate field labor teams

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
