**Title**:Recruiter II (Campus Hiring)

**Experience**: 3 to 5 Years

**Location**:Mumbai

Visible Alpha seeks a Recruiter to join our team in our Mumbai, India location. Primary responsibility will be all recruiting and staffing logistics towards campus hiring. The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. All tasks, responsibilities and assignments must be completed with the highest level of quality with evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.

**Responsibilities**:

- 3-5 years of relevant corporate experience preferably a product based or startup firm.
- Working with Hiring Managers to verify and improve job descriptions based on evolving needs. While doing so, also providing insight into current market availability.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- The person will be majorly responsible for campus engagement initiatives in the Tech and Non Tech hiring.
- Maintenance of Applicant Tracking System and other Recruiting tools including LinkedIn & Naukri.
- Creation and maintenance of global recruiting reports.

**Computer Skills**:
Experience with ATS systems and job sites. Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, Google Drive, Google Calendar, PowerPoint. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.

**Educational Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree required.
