The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills to coordinate with workers, subcontractors and project stake holders

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Site Planning and Coordination**:

- Schedule site visits and discuss labour allocation with the designated authority
- Analyse material requirements, complete the material requisition form, and submit it to the designated authority.

**2. Labor Management**:

- Assign responsibilities to labourers and supervise their performance to ensure optimal output.
- Coordinate with engineers to shift labour across sites for maximum efficiency.
- Maintain accurate labour attendance records and evaluate their performance, addressing disciplinary issues when necessary.

**3. Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines at all sites.
- Update and manage toolbox stock on a daily basis.

**4. Material and Tool Management**:

- Plan and prepare the necessary materials and tools required for each site in advance.
- Maintain records of material reconciliation (used vs. remaining) in the software system.

**6. Reporting and Documentation**:

- Update the daily activity report and record site check-ins and checkouts in the software system.
- Prepare and submit a detailed handover report before project completion, including measurements and testing outcomes.

**7. Technical Oversight**:

- Analyse blueprints to ensure project alignment with design, safety, and budget specifications.
- Recommend changes to procedures or operations for improved efficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
