Operations In-charge

**Job Description / Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to handle smooth operations of ash discharge
- Responsible to handle smooth fleet operations, loading and unloading of ash in vehicles.
- Proper planning of manpower as and when required.
- Loading of ash from the silo to Hywa, dumpers and assigning bills.
- Handle contractors and vendors for smooth ash disposal from the sites.
- Operate the ash unloading equipment and drive the ash hauling trucks to dispose of the coal ash.
- Handle the loaders, drivers and maintain proper trip sheet.

**Desired Profile**:

- Any degree with 2 to 7 yrs of experience in FLYASH handling and disposal
- Should have good experience in the project management/ operations.
- Should be aware of the operation and maintenance of the plant
- Should have good experience in managing the site.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Korba, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- FLYASH: 1 year (preferred)
- ASh disposal: 1 year (preferred)
- Fleet operations: 1 year (preferred)
