We are hiring for the Accounts Executive positions in our company with **the fluent communication skills with the professionally drafting mail, handling the calls or messages in English language** following are the Role & Responsibilities for the same position:
- **Role & Responsibilities: -**

a) Administer all activities for general ledger and monitor integrity of all transactions and reconcile all balance sheets.

b) Prepare and update all financial statements on a monthly basis.

c) Prepare reports for inventory and recommend initiatives to reduce expenses.

d) prepare ad-hoc reports to analyze as per the requirement of the Team.

e) Manage all required documents and submit the same to the report manager.

f) Assist various departments and manage distribution of company invoices to corporate parties.

g) Monitor all activities and upgrade all activities on general ledger.

h) Maintain & publish periodic dashboards, MIS reports to your reporting manager.

i) Manage closing and opening of all accounts and reconcile all statements.

j) Oversaw various activities and monitor all account related questions and manage closing calls.

k) Prepare reporting packages and ensure achievement of all corporate requirements and submit it to in-country finance managers.

l) Monitor all auditing requests and prepare replies for the same to be presented to international divisions.

m) Manage communication for all accounting processes for various corporate and international divisions.

**Inter Personal Competency: -**

a) Should be knowledge of professionally mail drafting.

b) Ability to work under pressure.

c) Excellent knowledge of Balance Sheet with support of CPA.

d) Excellent communications (written & verbal) skills

e) Client handling

f) Customer centric mindset.

g) Ambitious to learn new skills under international accounting & compliances.

**Pay Scale
- 3 Lakhs to 5.4 Lakhs per annum. (Monthly 25,000/- to 45,000/-) Must have an experience of 3 or 4+ years.**
