Job Overview: An E-commerce Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the presence of a business or brand on various online marketplaces like Myntra, Amazon, Etsy and Shopify etc This role involves developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, enhance visibility, and ensure a positive customer experience across third-party e-commerce platforms.

**Product Listing and Optimization**:
Create and manage product listings on different marketplaces, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.

Optimize product listings for search visibility within each marketplace.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring it is always up-to-date, user-friendly, and responsive.

**Online Marketing**:

- ⁠ ⁠Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- ⁠ ⁠Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- ⁠ ⁠Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and sales performance.

**Inventory and Order Management**:

- ⁠ ⁠Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and manage order fulfillment processes.

**Vendor and Partnership Management**:

- ⁠ ⁠Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure product availability and quality

**Compliance and Policy Adherence**:

- ⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, rules, and regulations.
- ⁠ ⁠Stay informed about changes in marketplace algorithms and requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- ⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- ⁠ ⁠Proven experience in managing online marketplace operations.
- ⁠ ⁠Minimum 1 years in a relevant role or equivalent internships/academic projects.

**Skills**:

- ⁠ ⁠In-depth knowledge of online marketplaces and their operational dynamics.
- ⁠ ⁠Familiarity with marketplace algorithms and optimization techniques.
- ⁠ ⁠Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.
- ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- ⁠ ⁠Attention to detail in managing product information and listings.
- ⁠ ⁠Familiarity with e-commerce and inventory management systems.
- ⁠ ⁠Ability to adapt to changing marketplace trends and policies.
