Colour Pro Associate

**Role Description**

Colour Pro Associates are responsible for owning firms, executing architect sites and managing contractors, vendors and other stakeholders. They are also required to ensure timely completion of work and customer satisfaction. Colour Pro Associates are required to meet architects and interior designers to generate business for select set of products and services.

**Primary Responsibilities**

Business Responsibility Areas (Please detail out at least 8-10 responsibility areas)

**Business objectives**
- Reach out to firms to create a CML for newer markets
- Continued servicing of existing firms in CML
- Prepare plan to achieve the assigned business objectives for the territory on a monthly level and work towards achievement of targets.
- Assist firms in achieving their overall sales target through regular visits, scheme communication and timely material service.
- Monitor and ensure the growth of core products along with new and focused products

**Market Development and Intelligence**
- Explore and start business with new Firms to expand the overall sustainable sale potential in the territorial market.
- Analyze territory level data to identify gaps and suggest initiatives
- Accomplish growth and value upgradation of existing firm network
- Organize promotional activations and product awareness meets for stakeholders (Firm/Contractor/Dealer)
- Provide timely feedback on market practices and offerings as an input for scheme design

**Firm Management**
- Track and solve Firm queries timely to maintain productive relationship
- Assist Firms in providing solution to his contractors as well as end consumers for any complaints or queries
- Ensure availability of material, services and promotional tools to the Firms through coordination with other stakeholders

**Customer complain resolution**
- Investigate and resolve firm level complaints within the defined timelines

**Reporting and Integration**
- Co-ordinate with other verticals like project sales, APHS and Retail for lead sharing or any other issue as and when required.
- Prepare and share reports such as Daily visits report and territory monthly report

**Role Requirements / Specifications**

**Qualifications Essential**
- Graduate Degree in any stream (BA/B.Sc./B.Com/BBA/BBM/BMS)
- Minimum of 50% marks throughout education without any backlogs
- Graduation must be through a full time course
- Applicants with an Engineering background (B.Tech/B.E./Diploma/B.Pharma) will not be considered Desired
- FresherDesired
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Sales function in any organization

- Good written as well as verbal communication skills in order to interact with the customer as well as handle different merchandise.
- Skilled at time management
- Presentation skills to enlighten the customer about different products and features and discuss available options
- Product knowledge to win over customer confidence
- Customer obsessed to win over customer loyalty and trust
- Ability to coordinate work with Contractors and customers
- Microsoft Word, Excel to release sales order Behavioral Competencies
- Agreeableness to emphasize on personal connections over technical expertise While dealing with firms

**Additional Requirements**
- Role involves visiting AID firms which requires extensive travelling
- Role requires pan India mobility as it is transferrable in nature
- Should own a bike for local travel
- Proficiency with MS - Office, MS - Excel is mandatory
- Age to be less than 25 years

**Salary**: ₹21,000.00 - ₹22,800.00 per month
