**Job Title**: Accounts Executive
**Location**: Indiranagar, Bangalore

**About The Wellness Shop**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Perform accurate and timely **GST** and **TDS** filings and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Handle vendor payments and process employee reimbursements.
- Maintain accurate records in **Tally Prime** and ensure proper reconciliation of bank statements.
- Prepare and review invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
- Conduct regular reconciliation of payments and maintain proper documentation.
- Perform basic financial data analysis and provide insights to the finance team.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and support the finance team with audits.

**Qualifications**:

- **1-2 years of experience** in accounting, preferably in a **D2C e-commerce company**.
- Proficiency in **Tally Prime** and working knowledge of **GST**, **TDS**, AR/AP processes, and payments.
- Strong skills in reconciliation and financial data analysis.
- Basic understanding of financial reports and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** and other accounting software.
