Additionally, the position involves conducting thorough MIS and audit analyses to identify trends, and areas for improvement. Moreover, the role requires vigilant monitoring and management of fraud risks, including the identification of fraudulent activities and implementation of appropriate controls.

**Key Responsibilities**Inventory Audit Planning and Execution**:

- Plan and coordinate inventory audit activities with external auditors at Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs)
- Execute and monitor audit processes, ensuring adherence to timelines and standards.
- Prepare pre-audit reports and checklists, reviewing stock count efficiency.
- Manage inventory changes in the system, obtain signoffs, and generate reports.

**MIS and Audit Analysis**:

- Conduct MIS and audit analysis, ensuring timely circulation according to established guidelines.
- Flash individual variance reports simultaneously and share variance analysis reports.
- Follow up on variances for recovery and develop action plans.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly presentations as per management requirements.

**Policy and Procedure Development**:

- Develop policies, standards, and guidelines related to inventory and audit procedures.
- Evaluate existing policies and propose new ones to meet industry standards.
- Communicate reviewed policies and finalize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) post-discussion with stakeholders.

**Process Improvement and Automation**:

- Identify areas for improvement to enhance, simplify, and automate controls.
- Understand objectives of specified areas, identify risks, and implement controls to mitigate risks.

**Fraud Identification and Management**:

- Identify instances of fraud at both EBOs' front-end and backend operations.
- Highlight fraud cases to management and maintain tracking mechanisms.
- Ensure timely action is taken to address identified fraud cases.

**Vendor Management and Payment**:

- Manage audit vendors effectively, ensuring their compliance with contractual obligations.
- Oversee vendor payments and maintain positive vendor relationships.

**Team Management**:

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of audit coordinator.
- Set clear performance targets and expectations for the teams.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Master’s degree in finance or business with exposure to accounting
- 8- 10 years of proven experience in Auditing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹11,633.64 - ₹30,000.00 per month
