**Job Title**: Sales Representative - Calls (Architecture and Interiors)
**Job Purpose**: The main objective of this role is to drive sales by effectively communicating the value and services offered by the firm through calls. This position involves reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning the firm's architectural and interior design services to meet those needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively making outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote the firm's services.
- Understanding client requirements and suggesting appropriate architectural and interior design solutions.
- Coordinating with the design and architectural team to develop tailored proposals for clients.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in architecture and interior design to effectively communicate with clients.
- Tracking and reporting on sales targets and client engagement activities.
- Participating in training and development sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to align call strategies with ongoing campaigns.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record in telesales or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of architecture and interior design principles and trends.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex design concepts over the phone.
- Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; knowledge or experience in architecture or design is highly beneficial.
**Work Environment**:
- Primarily office-based, with a focus on phone and computer work.
- Requires adherence to regular business hours with potential for flexible scheduling based on client availability.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Kukatpalli, Hyderabad, Telangana: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
