**Job Title: Signage Estimator Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Estimate Costs**: Prepare detailed cost estimates for signage projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and installation.
- **Review Drawings & Specifications**: Analyze blueprints, designs, and specifications to determine project scope and cost implications.
- **Vendor & Supplier Coordination**: Obtain pricing from suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring competitive rates and quality materials.
- **Project Bidding**: Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals for projects, ensuring alignment with company pricing strategies.
- **Client & Sales Support**: Work closely with the sales team to develop pricing strategies and provide cost insights for client proposals.
- **Cost Analysis & Value Engineering**: Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or design intent.
- **Software Utilization**: Use estimating software and spreadsheets to create accurate and timely estimates.
- **Compliance & Regulations**: Ensure estimates comply with industry standards, local codes, and safety regulations.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of estimates, project costs, and revisions for future reference.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Experience in signage estimation, printing, or a related industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, and installation techniques used in signage production.
- Proficiency in estimation software, CAD, or project management tools is a plus.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

**Education & Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in signage estimating, project management, or a related role.

**Job Type**:
