**1. Sourcing and Pre-Qualifying Manufacturers**:

- Identify potential manufacturers of pharmaceutical and supplement products.
- Evaluate their credentials, capabilities, and quality of production.

**2. Price Negotiation and Benchmarking**:

- Obtain multiple quotes for products from various manufacturers.
- Benchmark the most competitive prices using detailed comparative analysis.

**3. Research and Price Comparison**:

- Research and analyze export prices through customs export data.
- Compare and evaluate the competitiveness of prices for optimal business decisions.

**4. Order Management**:

- Place orders with manufacturers after due price negotiations.
- Coordinate for the manufacture and release of commercial batches.

**5. Quality and Artwork Management**:

- Oversee the management of artwork shade cards and control samples for products.
- Arrange product samples from manufacturing plants.

**6. Plant Visits and Quality Reports**:

- Regularly visit manufacturing plants to assess processes and product quality.
- Generate comprehensive plant quality reports for management review.

**7. Reporting and Coordination**:

- Provide regular updates to the management regarding sourcing activities, challenges, and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timely and efficient execution of orders.
**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sourcing or procurement, **preferably in the pharmaceutical/supplements industry**.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
