**Role: Admission Counsellor (Study Abroad)**

**Qualification: Graduate**

**Location: Lajpat Nagar New Delhi,**

**Type of Job - On site**

**Working Days: 6 Days working**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand and enhance study abroad opportunities across disciplines.
- Evaluate and approve proposals for new programs, ensuring academic quality, cultural immersion, and an enriching student experience.
- Collaborate with academic departments to guarantee course equivalencies and seamless academic integration upon a student's return.
- Cultivate strong relationships with international partner universities and study abroad program providers.
- Partner with financial aid and scholarship offices to assist students in securing funding for study abroad programs.
- Monitor the academic performance of students enrolled in study abroad programs.
- Address any challenges that may arise during a student's study abroad experience.
- Advocate for the benefits of study abroad to students, faculty, and staff.
- Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in international education and study abroad programs.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on the study abroad program for the Academic Council and university administration.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a successful academic counsellor, ideally with a focus on international education or study abroad programs.
- Proven track record in curriculum development and program management.
- Strong understanding of academic regulations and higher education procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, students, and international partners.
- Demonstrated cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Prior experience with study abroad programs (as a participant or administrator) is a plus.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Free, delicious meals provided Monday to Friday
- 3 additional paid leaves per months (encashable) apart from Sundays.
- 6-day workweek.

**Interview Process**:
The interview process will consist of two rounds:

- Virtual Round: An initial virtual discussion to assess your qualifications and suitability for the role.
- Face-to-Face Round: Written test and an in-person interview at our Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi location to delve deeper into your experience and vision.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
