Job brief:

- Develop a comprehensive and strategic communication plan for RISE’s social media
presence
- Should have managed external agencies and internal teams of social media
executives
- Should have hands-on experience building a community around social media platforms
- Should be able to manage escalations and ORM for the brand
- Check, approve and manage the content of all official social media channels
- Help in increasing and engaging the social media community
- Help team with producing digital media/content including photo, audio and video content
- Excellent written communication and creative writing skills are a pre-requisite for this role
- Structure achievable goals and measure outcomes using data analysis

Skills Required:

- Prior experience in handling Social Media for Ed-Tech or E-Commerce industry would be appreciated
- Has to be process and data-driven and should be able to bring structure to Social Media Activities
- Should be creative and hands-on with all the social networks
- Strong networking and community management skills
- Excellent communication and networking skills

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
