We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media and HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating engaging social media content across various platforms
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Support the social media team in developing and implementing social media campaigns
- Help with video editing and graphic design tasks for social media posts
- Engage in social listening to monitor conversations and trends online
- Collaborate with the team on public relations initiatives
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with influencers and followers
- Processing company payroll.
- Implementing a safety program.
- Updating and designing companies policy.
- Resolve conflicts.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and branding
- Proficiency in content creation, including writing and visual storytelling
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools and graphic design software
- Excellent communication skills for relationship management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enrolled in or a recent graduate from a related field such as Marketing, Communications, or Media Studies

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 14 per week
