Role Summary: The incumbent will be responsible to prepare BOQs (with Specifications and quantities) on the basis of project drawings and estimate a reasonable target pricing for suppliers to work on.

Reporting Hierarchy: Zonal Manager

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage a techno-commercial function within the company.

He shall be responsible for building a team of Quantity surveyors, Pricing Experts and drive them to create BOQs from drawings along with target vendor costing for the delivery team.

2. Create a feedback and price correction loop on the target pricing basis the actual delivery performance.

3. Standardise the pricing of elements which are repeatedly used in most projects such as Painting, Flooring, Partition, Glasswork, MEP works etc.

4. Develop expertise around new materials, IOT devices, Digital Screens etc. to bring in innovation in projects

5. Create pricing strategies for the company to maximise the profitability and customer stickiness.

Requirement:
1. 4+ Years of work-experience in the commercial fit-out sector

2. Relevant educational background. B.Arch or B.Tech (Civil) from a reputed institute

3. Comprehensive understanding of MEP, Civil and Fixture items pricing

4. Good communication and negotiation skills as he/she would be required to have pricing discussions with clients to convince them on the correctness of our pricing and vendors quickly.
