Key Responsibilities
- **Curriculum Delivery**: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that align with the curriculum and educational standards, encouraging student participation and discussion.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Design and implement assessments to measure student understanding and progress, providing timely feedback and support.
- **Classroom Management**: Establish a positive and respectful classroom environment that promotes active learning and student engagement.
- **Instructional Strategies**: Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including technology and hands-on activities, to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- **Resource Development**: Create and curate educational resources and materials that enhance the learning experience and foster a deeper understanding of historical concepts.
- **Student Support**: Provide individualized support to students, addressing their academic needs and encouraging their interest in history.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in history education and curriculum changes.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with colleagues and administration to contribute to departmental initiatives and school-wide activities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Master’s degree in History, Education, or a related field; relevant teaching certification is required.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [2-5] years of teaching experience at the PGT level, with a strong background in history education.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of historical events, themes, and historiography, along with effective teaching methodologies.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
