**Key Responsibilities**:
- Administer and manage FortiGate Firewalls, Cisco Catalyst switching, and Meraki wired and wireless networks.- Implement and administer network security measures, including user VPN, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), intrusion prevention, and site-to-site IPsec tunnels.- Manage LAN/WAN configurations, network segmentation, and performance optimization.- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to connectivity and performance.- Manage and maintain Wi-Fi access points to ensure network availability and security.- Monitor network usage and performance, and provide troubleshooting for connectivity issues.- Create and maintain detailed network diagrams and documentation.- Provide basic server administration support, including management of operating systems, virtual environments, and storage solutions.- Troubleshoot server issues related to network access, connectivity, and integration with firewalls and security platforms.- Provide remote network support to the global employee base as needed.- Manage and administer DHCP and DNS services.

Qualifications:
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in network administration and support; 4+ years preferred.- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Fortigate certifications.- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.- Proven expertise in managing and securing enterprise networks, with hands-on experience using Fortigate Firewalls.- Strong knowledge of Cisco LAN switching and routing (Layer 2 and Layer 3), including practical experience with Cisco Catalyst switches and routers.- Familiarity with Meraki wireless access points and switches.- Solid understanding of core network protocols and technologies, including BGP, OSPF, STP, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.- Skilled in analyzing existing network infrastructures and recommending scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.- Experienced in administering and troubleshooting site-to-site IPsec VPNs, user VPNs, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions.- Knowledgeable in cloud networking and integration with major cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.- Experience with server administration is a strong advantage.
