**Educational Qualification**: Graduate

**Desired Experience**: Should have a total of 2 to 4 years of work experience with at least 2 year of experience in managing social media channels of an enterprise, with specialization in Instagram and YouTube. Should be proficient in social media communication. Should be flexible and ready to provide round the clock support on social media channels as and when needed.

**Key Objectives of the Job**:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

Create social media plan and campaign calendar, in collaboration with brand team.

Publish high-quality campaign across all social media channels as per best practices.

Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of our campaigns.

Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.

Engage with company employees to develop brand ambassadors and enhance engagement.

Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices and innovate novel approaches.

Benchmark competitor social media approach and replicate best practices,Manage social media advertising campaigns including lead gen campaigns.

Identify and engage with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our social media presence.

**Key Deliverables**:
Ensuring timely development and sign off of social media campaign calendar.

Ensuring timely engagement with followers and response to comments and messages.

Ensuring Tata Technologies is #1 in follower growth and engagement amongst India based ESPs LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.

Ensuring increase in traffic across Tata Technologies social media channels.

Ensuring one Hero Campaign every quarter.

Ensuring awards/recognition for Tata Technologies social media channels Other desired attributes:
Thorough understanding of Instagram and YouTube best practices and tricks.

Good Communication, Interpersonal & Coordination Skills

Strong analytical skills and process orientation

Ability to deliver stretch targets.
