Ui/ux Designer

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user requirements and project objectives.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Conduct user research, including usability testing and user interviews, to inform design decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, and incorporate them into our projects.
- Work closely with developers to ensure that design specifications are implemented accurately.
- Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and scalability across various devices and platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually appealing assets for promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, and contribute to the growth of the design team.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, and be receptive to feedback throughout the design process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to evolving project requirements and deadlines.
