**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and motivated **Graphic Designer** to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating captivating designs that communicate our clients’ brand identities effectively. You will work on diverse projects, including branding, social media content, logos, and marketing materials, contributing to Valayam’s vision of delivering exceptional creative solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and create visually engaging graphics for digital and print media.
- Develop branding materials, including logos, typography, and color palettes.
- Edit and enhance images to align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Contribute to the development of creative concepts for campaigns and projects.
- Maintain consistency and quality across all design outputs.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of experience specializing in visual design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools like Canva.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, branding, and typography.
- Experience in designing for both digital and print platforms.
- Knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio showcasing your graphic design and branding skills.

**Preferred**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience in motion graphics or animation.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
