**Job Overview**:The MDC will drive secondary sales, demand generation, and retailer enrolment in the assigned region. This role involves building strong retailer relationships, executing sales strategies, and achieving growth targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Achieve monthly secondary sales targets.

2. Plan and execute demand generation activities

3. Identify and enroll new retailers monthly. Train and support retailers on product knowledge.

4. Reporting: Submit regular reports on sales, activities, and performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or Engineering.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. (Good to be)

- Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
