Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily field visits to meet with potential clients and promote our products/services.
- Achieve a minimum of three sales closures each day.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Implement effective sales strategies and plans to increase product awareness and sales performance.
- Report daily sales activities and outcomes to the sales manager.
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to identify opportunities for increased sales.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (1-2 years) infield sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Must own a two-wheeler for daily field visits.
- Possession of a smartphone in excellent working condition to manage communications and sales apps.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A 'go-getter' attitude, open to facing and overcoming new challenges.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer demands.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
