**Key Responsibilities**:

- **CAM Reconciliation**: Perform annual CAM reconciliations for multiple properties, ensuring accurate billing and strict adherence to lease agreements.
- **CAM Audit**: Conduct comprehensive audits of CAM charges, reviewing landlord statements and financial documents for accuracy and compliance with lease terms.
- **Lease Interpretation**: Review and interpret commercial lease agreements to ensure the proper allocation of CAM costs, ensuring that all charges align with lease stipulations.
- **Tenant Billing**: Prepare and verify tenant CAM bills, ensuring accuracy in accordance with lease agreements and communicate adjustments or discrepancies to tenants.
- **Reporting**: Prepare detailed financial reports and summaries for internal stakeholders, highlighting variances between estimated and actual CAM costs and providing insights into cost trends.

**Value Addition**:
Experience in Lease Abstraction/Review will be considered a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in CAM reconciliation, CAM audits, or related areas within real estate or property management.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and lease management systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI, etc.) is a plus.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of CAM charges, commercial lease agreements, and property management accounting.
- **Analytical Skills**: High attention to detail with the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain findings to both internal teams and external clients.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to address discrepancies or tenant inquiries related to CAM charges and find solutions promptly.
