**Job Title**: Civil Project Coordinator
**Job Location**: Nashik
**Job Type**: Full-time
1) Interpreting plans, regulations and codes of practice.
2)Calculating costs and estimating timelines with a high level of accuracy.
3)Liaising with governments, clients and stakeholders.
4)Working closely with construction managers, architects and surveyors to plan and develop a budget for building projects.
5)Using software to calculate the cost and timeframes for a project, check 6)subcontractor quotes and submit tenders.
Planning, reviewing and delivering final estimate of budget and cost plans.
7)Getting familiar with the client's business environment in order to lead projects effectively
8)Coordinating with relevant stakeholders, both inside and outside the organization
Allocating tasks to the project management team and providing regular guidance to team members.
9)Ensuring the scope and schedule of projects are achievable within the given time and budget.
10)Undertaking periodic reviews to make sure that projects are on track.
11)Updating project documentations on a consistent basis and conveying them to the management.
12)Developing positive relationships with associates and clients
13)Defining the structure of a project, its goals, and resource requirements
15)Implementing a solid project management strategy for task interdependency.
16)Consulting issues associated with a project with the project management team, clients, and other interested parties.
17)Managing project risks, contingency and mitigation plans.
18)Maintaining high team performance and productivity.
