Project Admin & Co-Ordinator - On Contract - On Site (office)

Job Description and Qualifications:

- Responsible to Project Director / Project Manager for multibillion dollar project getting executed from India.
- 2-5 yrs experience in EPC O Similar organization
- Preparing for daily meetings / taking notes and circulated to the right stakeholders.
- Proficient in the use of standard office software - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Approving timesheets and keeping records
- Co-ordinate with project team members from India/ USA for any travel support
- Good communication skills
- Location: Pune (onsite Role)
