**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property tours and explain leasing terms effectively.
- Negotiate lease terms and finalize agreements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
- Document client interactions and leasing transactions in a CRM system.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and property owners.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales, leasing, or real estate (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.
