- Responsibilities._
- _Work allocation and completing review of the processing by the team_
- _Take cares of the SOP and other updates received time to time_
- _Extracting critical information from Lease Document (both from landlord & tenant perspective)_
- _Generating Rental reports and ensure the Tenant is correctly charged_
- _Calculate the rent & other charges based on the lease document_
- _Preparing & Maintaining Lease related Data_
- _Ensuring accuracy of Documents and request changes if required_
- _Should be able to deal with clients on Phone for any query or information_
- _Collects & Maintain Monthly sales records_
- _Data management and Global Facilities Management (GFM) reporting with regards to facilities operations e.g. asset management reports, space utilizations, energy & water consumptions, project reporting, real estate management (REM) reporting etc._
- _Analytics support on project reviews, cost optimization, renovations, payments, vendor/contractor analysis etc._
- _Reporting and identifying opportunities of improvement on ESG related aspects for real estate assets_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _B.Com/Masters with experience in Lease Administration & Global Facilities Management_
- _Strong working knowledge of lease administration and GFM tools and reporting structures_
- _Good communication and very good analytical skills_
- _Good Knowledge of MS Office_
- _Team leading experience_
- _Very good spoken English_
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Certifications in project management or data analytics._
- _Proven ability to manage operations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders._
- _Familiarity with workforce analytics and audit-readiness practices._
- _Strong leadership and interpersonal skills._
- _Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving._
- _Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines._
