Solar Sales Representative - Job Roles & Responsibilities1. **Lead Generation & Prospecting**
- Identify potential residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and digital outreach.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.

2. **Customer Engagement & Relationship Building**
- Educate customers about solar energy benefits, cost savings, and environmental impact.
- Develop strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct site visits to assess solar feasibility.

3. **Sales Presentations & Proposals**
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations (in-person/online).
- Prepare customized solar system proposals, including ROI and payback period.
- Explain financing, subsidies, and government incentives available.

4. **Negotiation & Closing Deals**
- Address customer objections with effective solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing.
- Ensure timely signing of agreements and smooth handover to operations team.

5. **Coordination with Technical & Operations Teams**
- Work closely with design/engineering teams to ensure feasibility of proposals.
- Coordinate with project managers for installation timelines.
- Ensure smooth customer onboarding.

6. **Documentation & Compliance**
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
- Ensure all regulatory, compliance, and incentive documents are correctly processed.
- Track sales targets and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

7. **After-Sales Support**
- Follow up with customers post-installation for satisfaction.
- Assist in warranty, service, or maintenance queries.
- Encourage referrals and testimonials.

8. **Sales Targets & KPIs**
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, average deal size, and customer acquisition cost.
- Continuously improve sales strategies to meet goals.

9. **Training & Market Awareness**
- Stay updated on solar technology, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in training programs and industry events.
- Educate customers on new product launches or upgrades.

Pay: ₹8,364.59 - ₹25,000.00 per month
