We are currently looking for a **dynamic and customer-focused Reservations & Ticketing Executive** to join our team on a **full-time, permanent basis**.

**Role Overview**:
As a Ticketing Agent, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with booking and managing tickets for flights, You will be the first point of contact for all ticketing-related queries, ensuring clients receive accurate information and enjoy a seamless experience from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in making reservations and purchasing tickets
- Provide accurate information regarding schedules, pricing, and policies
- Handle customer queries and resolve any ticketing-related issues
- Maintain records and ensure ticketing processes comply with company standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every step of the journey
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Quick learner with a positive and professional attitude
