**Post: Reservation Executive**
**Job Summary**
The Reservation Executive handles requests from travel agents via phone or other platforms. He/She makes sure booking information is input correctly into the system. He/She needs to maintain and update room vacancies on online booking platforms, reservation Agent responds timely to communications from guests, travel agents and leads concerning reservations arriving by mail and telephone; prepares confirmation letters and promptly process any cancellations, modifications, and guests' request.
**Responsibilities**
- Confirming reservations and sending confirmation details to customers.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure the availability of rooms or services.
- Managing cancellations and modifications to existing reservations.
- Maintaining accurate records of reservations and customer information.
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to reservations.
**Requirements and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in reservation management software and tools.
Knowledge of hotel operations, reservation procedures, and customer service best practices is a plus.
Regards
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
