**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Identification of potential Channel Partners/dealer/System integrator in targeted territory and strategize the maximum market penetration through them.
- Creation of Strong Channel network by appointing potential Channel Partner/dealer and ensuring projected channel network expansion in respective territory.
- Lead generation and customers visits to maintain healthy relationship with them.
- Lead conversion into useful revenue generation.
- End to end process for sales solutions like, visit to the potential customers (if required), preparation of techno-commercial offer, negotiation and finally converting the prospects into channel partner or dealer.

**MANAGERIAL SKILLS**:

- Good communication and analytical skills
- Should have good interpersonal skills and can maintain the relationship with Channel partner/OEM’s.
- Should be a good learner on acquiring knowledge and understanding of Grid Tied Inverter/Solar Module business.
- Inverter/Solar module to the Domestic and commercial rooftop segment.
- Self
- directed, result oriented & disciplined
- Passion for achieving targets and objectives
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Willing to travel anywhere as per business requirement

**NOTE: The BDM Sales will be responsible for lead generation and sales conversion for Solar Rooftop Kit Sales division in domestic, residential, industrial, commercial, institutional establishments in allocated territory.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
