General information:
**Responsibilities**:

- Solution architecture of Privileged Access Management service.
- Transform high level concept from Enterprise Architecture into operational service/s.
- Design and maintain operational processes and documentation. Interface with information security to ensure that policies are incorporated into the design Assist information security to define policies Collaborates with IS suppliers where needed Accountability for outsourced operations, potentially minor insourced tasks.
- Work under guidance of the team lead for PAM/IAM, Directory Services Propose and develop solutions to automate and/or improve existing solutions.
- Contribute to the development of high-level architecture decisions, standards, and policies Assist as needed to resolve complex operational issues Work in area of problem management to define permanent solutions to prevent common or complex issues.
- Creates and/or approves technical specifications for changes based on functional as well as non-functional requirements and specifications.
- Analyze current service performance for potential problems and improvement.
- Support global vendors in analyzing problems and developing solutions.
- Propose and evaluate business case for changes or new services Evaluate service refresh and new services.
- Maintain a daily cooperation with colleagues using the services or involved in their design and delivery.
- Collaborate and assists in areas of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Directory Services

Your background:

- Bachelors degree with 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure services, specific strong experience in PAM, IAM and Directories.
- Deep technical knowledge in these areas preferred: Experience with privileged access solutions such as BeyondTrust PRA, Password Safe Microsoft Directories (AD, Azure AD), Windows, Linux especially in the context of access management Security driven approach.
- Experience with ServiceNow Previous experience in networking, security and hosting service is welcome.
- Good written and spoken English Cultural awareness and the ability to work in a complex, multicultural and global team.
- Great team player Result driven problem solver Strong leadership and communication skills.
