As a **Business Controller **at H&M Production, you will partner with managers in **Governance and Compliance** team, to co-create goals and activities that give directions to the teams on all areas related to securing compliance of supplier’s facilities, product compliance and internal methods.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Drive methods to secure that compliance routines at supplier’s factory through data insights.
- Set up follow up mechanism for internal controls for methods connected with Corporate Governance.
- Support product and labeling compliance teams through data insights.
- Support data management within the function.
- Develop analytical tools and KPIs to support decision making.
- Collaborate with various functions to drive optimization.

**Qualifications**
- Have over 5 years of experience as a Business Controller, Business Analysts or similar, degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sustainability or similar.
- Analytical Ability, Visualization, Excel Skills, Power BI.
- Have creative analytical skills and is good at prioritizing.
- Have a strategic mind and is good at identifying new opportunities.
- Experience from informal leadership in a global environment will be an added advantage.
- Good Communication, self driven, eager to learn and Business Accumen

**Additional Information**:

- The role is an on-site position, based in our office in Bangalore,India.
- Learning about various compliance related routines and internal reporting. Understanding data and most likely causes of data errors. This will be needed to make sure that we aren’t drawing conclusion due to wrong data.
- This role will require 3-4 international trips in a year. You will work with stakeholders across multiple locations.
- Role will be within Sustainability and Governance team in production/supply chain and will provide opportunity to learn broader sustainability context beyond compliance as well.
