Sales Co-ordinator

Handling all incoming call from HO, Client and Regional office, Factory etc. - Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events - Receive and interact with incoming visitors - Liaise with internal staff at all levels - Supervise, Coach and training lower level support - Housekeeping staff - Interact with external clients - Vendor Identification, Management and Coordination as per requirement - Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary - Coordinate on all matters as instructed with HO, Plant and Regions - Troubleshooting on all official matters under instructions HO and Regional Staff - Any other task or allied or different duties prescribed by the senior Co-ordination with Factory Mgr., Sales & Logistics Team, on new enquiries, order dispatches on a daily basis, generating sales enquiries, sending quotations, preparing proforma invoices - Sending order acceptance to customers in sync with tech documents, specs, quotation, price etc. Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year Day range: - Monday to Friday - Weekend availability Shift: - Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelor's (required) **Experience**: - total work: 2 years (required) - Manufacturing: 2 years (required) **Speak with the employer** +91 9315547753
