**Position: Telemarketing Executive**

**Job Summary**:
As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our holiday packages, and converting leads into bookings. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and a deep understanding of our offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and present our holiday packages and services.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their travel requirements.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up with them regularly.
- Provide accurate information about our offerings, including prices, destinations, and packages.
- Handle objections and inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Assist in resolving any customer issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- HSC Cleared or Graduate (Freshers can also apply).
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
