**Salary (CTC)**: 18-25K per month

**Gender**: Female/Male

**Responsibilities**:

- Outbound calling to prospects and explaining the services offered by the company & generating interest in form of a lead.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications
- Maintaining the database of customers regularly

**Skills**
- 6 months - 1 year of experience as a outbound lead generation tele-caller or a similar role.
- Professional certification in sales and marketing will be an advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
