Job Title: Influencer Marketing Intern

Reports to: Influencer Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research and identify new influencers across various social media platforms.

2. Assist in the development and implementation of influencer marketing campaigns.

3. Help manage influencer relationships, including communication and content collaboration.

4. Monitor and report on influencer campaign performance, including engagement rates and ROI.

5. Assist in the creation of influencer marketing content, including social media posts and blog articles.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in influencer marketing.

**Requirements**:
1. Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.

3. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.

4. Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1. Influencer Research and Identification: Identify and research a minimum of 10 new influencers per week.

2. Influencer Campaign Performance: Achieve an average engagement rate of 2% on influencer campaigns.

3. Influencer Relationship Management: Maintain a positive relationship with a minimum of 5 influencers per month.

4. Content Creation: Create a minimum of 2 social media posts per week.

5. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in influencer marketing, and provide insights to the team.

6. Campaign Reporting: Provide accurate and timely reporting on influencer campaign performance.

7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the influencer marketing team to achieve campaign goals.
