**Planning**:

- High level Scope building to understand the needs of business and legacy platforms
- Resource Planning and its execution for building the platform
- Project Status monitoring and reporting

**Design**:

- Handle a team of architects and tech leads for creating the front-end design blue print.

**Development**:

- Gather requirements from Product owners
- Set the Agile process and procedures in the development team
- Setup a team of tech resources for development as per technical needs and experience
- Manage the development of the platform as per the scope, design and quality parameters
- Implement automation for development operations

Additional responsible for process adherence, vendor management and quality deliverable
