We’re Hiring: Creative Director – UI/UX, Branding & Front-End Design

Location: Mumbai | Experience: 8–12 years

Are you a design leader who thrives at the intersection of creativity, usability, and technology?

We’re looking for a Creative Director to lead our UI/UX, branding, and front-end design teams—shaping digital experiences that are as impactful as they are beautiful.

What You’ll Do

Define the visual direction across web, mobile, and brand identity projects

Lead UI/UX discovery, journey design, wireframes & prototypes

Ensure pixel-perfect, high-performing front-end delivery with developers

Oversee branding, storytelling, and visual identity projects

Mentor designers & developers while collaborating with tech & strategy teams

What We’re Looking For

8–12 years in creative leadership across UI/UX & branding

Strong portfolio of web/mobile interfaces & brand identities

Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and front-end collaboration (HTML/CSS basics)

Strong design systems thinking & component-driven workflows

Excellent client communication & leadership skills

Bonus Points

Motion/interaction design (Lottie, GSAP, AE)

Experience with CRO/Performance-led UX
