We are seeking a skilled and proactive **Purchase Executive - Civil** to handle procurement of construction and civil-related materials for real estate development projects. The role requires hands-on experience in sourcing, negotiation, and coordination with vendors for timely and cost-effective procurement of civil materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Procurement of **civil and construction materials** such as cement, steel, aggregates, bricks, RMC, waterproofing items, etc.
- Float **RFQs**, analyze quotations, and prepare **comparative statements** for decision-making
- Negotiate **rates, payment terms, and delivery timelines** with suppliers
- Issue **Purchase Orders (POs)** and coordinate for timely dispatch and delivery of materials at site
- Monitor **stock levels** and raise purchase requests based on site requirements and consumption
- Maintain records of **POs, GRNs, invoices**, and coordinate with accounts for payment processing
- Develop and maintain relationships with reliable **local and national vendors**:

- Ensure procurement is aligned with project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Visit sites periodically to coordinate directly with **site engineers and storekeepers**:

- Track **market rates**, assess vendor performance, and suggest cost-saving initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, tax regulations (GST), and documentation standards

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of **construction materials and specifications**:

- **Diploma or bachelors degree in Civil**:

- Excellent **negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills**:

- Proficient in **MS Excel, ERP systems**, and documentation
- Good understanding of **purchase cycle**, taxation (GST), and delivery logistics
- Ability to coordinate between site, vendors, and internal departments
- Result-oriented with ability to meet deadlines under pressure

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
