**Summary**:
At ProPlus Data, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for IT positions, aligning with the company's growth objectives and maintaining high recruitment standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Focus on retention strategies and maintain a low voluntary attrition rate.
- Innovate HR recruitment processes and practices to stay ahead of industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an IT recruiter, with a strong understanding of IT Daas domains and roles.
- Experience in conducting and interpreting predictive hiring assessments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to adapt and innovate in HR recruitment practices

**Experience**: 0 - 1 year (freshers only)

**Location**:Pune, Wakad.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus
