**Position: Program Coordinator**
**Number of Openings**: 2
**Work Location**:Pune, may involve work related travel pan-India.
**Employment Type**: Full Time
**Educational Background**: Advanced degree in education, administration, management or a related field. M.Ed. and Industry Experience preferred, Ph.D. desirable.

**Responsibilities**:
- **Design, Develop and Implement Training and Professional Development Programs**: Design and execute re-skilling, up-skilling and cross-skilling training programs, curricula, assessments, and schedules.
- **Coordinate with Stakeholders**: Work closely with staff to deliver quality skill-based education.
- **Monitor Staff Progress**: Provide academic guidance and support, addressing any concerns or problems.
- **Ensure Compliance**: Ensure the program meets educational standards and regulations.
- **Manage Budget and Resources**: Oversee the programs budget and resources effectively.
- **Organize Events**: Plan and organize educational events, workshops, seminars, conferences and networking events.
- **Communication**: Maintain regular communication with staff and administrators.
- **Assess Program Effectiveness**: Data Analysis, Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the programs, making improvements as needed.
- **Prepare Program Reports, Case Studies, Articles, Training Materials, Proposal and Grant Writing**: Prepare reports on program activities, progress, and status for management or outside agencies, develop case studies, research articles, white papers, Open Educational Resources, proposal and grant writing etc.
**Essential Qualification and Skills**:
- **Prior Experience**: 12 to 15 years experience in academic coordination/project management/training/professional development or a similar role in academia/industry/ other types of Government or private organizations. International exposure preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders in a congenial manner.
- **Communication and Language Skills**: Impeccable communication and inter-personal skills, proficiency in multiple languages preferred (e.g. Marathi, Hindi, English, etc.)
- **Technology**: Fluency in office productivity software, LMS, educational software and tools across platforms and devices, E-content creation, AI tools and techniques etc.
- **Program Facilitation**: Teaching Skills, Ability to conduct in-person, online, hybrid training programs.
- **Problem-Solving and Multi-tasking**: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Project Management**: Task management, cost management, risk management, time management, project planning, scheduling, scoping, tracking, reporting.
- **Adaptability and Learning Mindset**: Responsive to dynamic changes in the education ecosystem, self-learning and lifelong learning mindset.
The program coordinator role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operations and continuous improvement of training and professional development programs for all the internal and external stakeholders.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
