**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex computer systems, software, or networked and/or wireless systems.
- Provides technical support in the operation and maintenance of vendor products, services, and solutions.
- Involved in report design, solving reliability and maintenance problems or bugs, and design engineering/software engineering.
- May be involved in customer installation and training.
- Provides support to customer/users on highly technical or sophisticated products.
- Requires knowledge of one or more networking system technology areas.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- In-depth knowledge of all networks, especially those used by the company Interpersonal skills.
- Experience in presenting Problem solving and project management.
- Understanding of business financial planning and budgeting experience.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Negotiation skills.
- Team working skills.

**Required Education**

Bachelor's Degree
