Job Title: Marketing Specialist - Transit Advertisement Platform

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop Marketing Strategies: - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aimed at promoting our transit advertisement platform. - Identify key target audiences and segments for our platform and tailor marketing initiatives to effectively reach and engage them.

2. Value Addition Initiatives: - Identify opportunities for value addition to our transit advertisement platform, such as new features, creative offerings, or targeting capabilities. - Work closely with the product development team to implement these enhancements and ensure they align with the needs and preferences of advertisers.

4. Content Development: - Create compelling content such as blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations highlighting the benefits and effectiveness of advertising on our platform. - Develop marketing collateral and sales materials to support lead generation and sales efforts.

6. Partnership Development: - Identify and establish partnerships with transit authorities, advertising agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to expand our reach and access to advertising inventory. - Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns to mutually benefit both parties.

7. Market Research and Analysis: - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in transit advertising. - Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing roles with a focus on lead generation and value addition, preferably in the advertising or media industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
