**Position : MIS Associate**

**Experience: Minimum 4 years Location : Bopal-Ambli Road, Ahmedabad Job Description: -**
- Daily Reports Management **via Pet Pooja**
- Summarizes weekly & monthly reports sheets by collecting information from PP
- Responsible for daily reports and data analysis.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Data for Cash Banking, UPI & all Settlements to be done Properly
- Inventory Management
- Develop MIS documentation to allow smooth operation and easy system maintenance
- Provide recommendation to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
- Performing data analysis from Company software & for generating reports periodically
- Master in making **PPT’s, V-Lookup, H-Look up, Pivot Tables & Other Windows Functionality**
- Coordinate for Stock Order & Vendor Payments Weekly.
- Coordinate with Ware house for Packaging stocks & ensure documented & Delivered to the Outlets.
- Maintain Inventory Reports & Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team.
- Developing MIS system for customer management and internal communication.
- Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed by Mgmt.
- Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal, Written communication skills & strong analytical skills
- An empowered team member, a process-oriented thinker

**Salary**: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year

- Day shift

- Bopal Ambli, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
